    Peter Charles MONTANTE, 67, of North Las Vegas, died Friday in a local 

hospital.  He was born May 24, 1923, in Dugois, Pa.  A 18-year resident, he 

was a retired chemical machinist and a World War II Navy veteran.

    He is survived by [omitted]

    Visitation is scheduled from noon-7 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 

downtown.  Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, downtown. 

Burial will be in Boulder City.
