O. J. ENKING's MOTHER DIES IN LOS ANGELES



    O. J. ENKING, our former townsman, passed through Las Vegas Wednesday 

evening on his way from his home in Salt Lake to Los Angeles to attend the 

funeral of his mother, Mrs. Anna ENKING, who died April 3.  Mrs. ENKING was 

71 years of age and leaves three children to mourn her loss, a daughter, 

Mrs. M. B. MORLEY, and two sons, Edwin F. and Otto J.  She was laid to rest 

Thursday.  The sympathy of Mr. ENKING's Las Vegas friends is extended to 

him.
