DEATHS



VAUGHN - On Friday, June 8, Mrs. Libbie E. VAUGHN, aged 51, of Flint, 

Michigan, passed away at the home of her brother, A. F. ROSE.

    Mrs. Libber [sic] E. VAUGHN of Flint, Michigan; arrived in Las Vegas 

Tuesday evening, June 5, for a visit with her brother, A. F. ROSE and her 

niece, Mrs. Wm. EARDENSOHN.  Her coming had been looked forward to with 

pleasant anticipation both by herself and her relatives here.  She had been 

ill with flu about two months ago and was not well when she started on her 

trip.  When she arrived Tuesday on 19 she was really very ill and was 

immediately taken to the home of her brother on Eighth street and placed in 

the care of a physician.  She passed away Friday.  The sympathy of their 

many friends is extended the family.  Funeral services will be held at the 

Roberts chapel Sunday at 2 o'clock.
