The remains were brought to Las Vegas to be prepared for shipment and were taken to Los Angeles Friday morning by Fred A. HALL, Jr. The funeral is set for Monday, Nov. 11. The deceased leaves a widow and two children. In the death of Harry RIDDALL, Clark county loses one of its best known mining men. It was Harry who first determined the presence of platinum in the ores of the Boss Mine, and his knowledge and experience as a chemist and metallurgist have been of inestimable value. Among his friends and associates he was loved and respected as are but few men. His kindly nature and never failing courtesy forged strong ties of friendship. In the Yellow Pine district, where he has long been an important factor, his passing leaves a void in the hearts of all. To those who mourn, we express the deep sorrow and sympathy of the people of Clark county. This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/nvfiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
