Leslie E. Gorr, of Las Vegas, died 4/13/2004.  She was born Oct. 13, 1947, in 
Melrose Park, Ill.  She attended St. Paul Lutheran Elementary School in 
Melrose Park, Ill.  Leslie graduated from Proviso West High School, in 1965, 
in Hillside, Ill.  She is survived by her mother, Mildred Pardo; stepfather, 
Ruben Pardo of Las Vegas; brother, Frederick (Debra) Gorr of Sanford, Fla; and 
sister, Sharon (Jacob) Kaldenberger of Elkhorn, Wis.  She was an aunt to 12, 
great-aunt to 16 and great-great-aunt to two nieces and nephews.  Since 
arriving in Las Vegas she was employed by UNLV at Harry Reid Center as a word 
processor for 20 years and also as an AVON representative for 15 years.  She 
was preceded in death by her father, Frederick Gorr of Hillcrest, Ill.; and 
brother, Steven Gorr of Lockport, Ill.  Leslie's greatest interests after 
family, friends and customers were her two cats, collecting salt and pepper 
shakers, jewelry, books and Thomas Kindaids.  Memorial services will be held 
at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, at Barrick Museum at UNLV.
