Harriet Bowers Hardy, 76, died Saturday.  She was a resident of Las Vegas.

She ws born Feb. 27, 1916 in Orderville, Utah, and was a member of the Church 
of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints where she served in the Relief Society and 
instructed in young women's and primary organizations.

She is survived by her sons, Warren of North Las Vegas and Eldon of Las Vegas; 
daughters, DeLora Leavitt of North Las Vegas and Lana Freelove of Orem, Utah; 
brothers, Grant Bowers of LaVerkin, Utah, and Clyde Bowers of Beaver Dam, 
Ariz.; 21 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.

Services and burial will be in LaVerkin.  The family requests donations to 
Nathan Adelson Hospice Metcalf Mortuary, Logandale, handled arrangements.
