Opal Haskins, 68, of Pahrump, died Sunday in Henderson.

She was born Oct. 1, 1915, in Idaho, and was a retired waitress.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Gallison of Chula Vista, Calif.

Services and burial were conducted Wednesday in Pahrump[.

Palm Mortuary, Henderson, handled arrangements.
