PAULINE HORTON Pauline L. Horton, 79, passed away peacefully Feb. 18, 2011, in 
Henderson. A resident of Henderson, Polly lived many years of her life in San 
Jose, Calif. Preceded in death by her first husband, of almost 40 years, Stan 
Horton; and her second husband, of almost 20 years, Frank Volpe, she is 
survived by her two children, Mark Horton and Debbie (Bill) Thurston; her 
brother, Walt (Myrna) Parks; and Frank's six children, Marcia (Ron) Cali, 
Karen Volpe (Fred Holcomb), Cynthia (Allen) Ashworth, Mark (Nancy) Volpe, 
Michael (Jhenny) Volpe and Mary Volpe. She was the proud grandmother of 11 
grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, and had 
several nieces and nephews. Polly was a cherished friend to many. Though she 
will be missed by all of her family and friends, she leaves us with so many 
wonderful memories and the incredible blessing of having had her in our lives. 
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nathan
