JESSUP DEAD

    E. M. JESSUP, engineer of maintenance of way of the Salt Lake 
system, passed away at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles 
Tuesday night.  He had been ailing for the past two years.
    Mr. JESSUP was widely known by reason of his railroad career and had 
many friends in Vegas who sincerely regret his demise. He was in the 
employ of the old Los Angeles Terminal about 30 years ago, going to the 
Salt Lake company with that road.
