Janet E. Kuhn, of Las Vegas, passed away Feb. 15, 2006. She was born March 24, 
1939, in London, England, and was a resident of Las Vegas for 44 years. Janet 
worked for Clark County as a deputy clerk for 15 years. Janet was president of 
the Las Vegas Women's Bowling Association from 1984-1991 and again from 1999-
2001. Janet was voted into the LVWBA Hall of Fame in 1993, and was made a 
lifetime member of LVWBA. Janet and her husband, of 48 years, Walter, 
volunteered to do lane certification for 30 years in support of the local 
bowling community. Janet had many jobs in life, but her most important and 
closest job to her heart was as C.E.O. of her family, a job she did well and 
with much love. Janet will be missed by so many and in so many ways. We love 
you, wife, mom, grandma. Janet was preceded in death by her son, Steven. She is 
survived by her husband, Walter; daughter, Susan and husband, Jamey; 
grandchildren, Sara and husband, Max, Jared, and Elizabeth; and brothers, 
Peter, Ralph and Gordon. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 
with services to follow, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. 
Family request that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American 
Heart Association.
