He was born in 1937, in Philadelphia. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Edward Lynch; and brother, Edward Jr. He is survived by his sister, Dolores Evans of Virginia; sister-in-law, Dolores Lynch of Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. Richard served in the U.S. Air Force from 1954-1958 and lived in the Las Vegas area for 57 years. Richard was one of the original dealers when Caesar's opened and worked there for over 25 years until his vision failed. He was a very generous man and had a great sense of humor. Many thanks to Vaughan, Antoinette and Shawn for helping my brother. Many thanks for the kind and loving care given to my brother in his final days by Nathan Adelson Hospice. Burial will be private in Virginia.
