Edward H. Mikkelson, 81, died Monday in a local convalescent center.  He was a 
one-year resident of Henderson.

A retired owner/operator of a farm, he was born Oct. 18, 1908, in North Dakota.

He is survived by his sister, Bernice Jensen of Montallo, Wis.; and brother, 
Alan of Pahrump.

Services and burial are private.  Palm Valley View Mortuary handled 
arrangements.
