MYERS of Butte, Mont., but formerly of Peabody, Kans. died on train number 10 near Elgin this morning. The remains were brought to Vegas where they were held awaiting word from the relatives. Coroner HARKINS held an inquest to determine the cause of death, the jury composed of C. E. PEMBROKE, foreman, H. S. WORKMAN, Jas. CLARK, R. F. PYEATT, E. L. KAUFMAN and A. R. ANDERSON, bringing a verdict that death was presumably caused by heart failure. The deceased had been complaining when he left Salt Lake and was attended by a physician at Lynndal and by another at Milford. The remains will be shipped to relatives at Peabody, Kansas.
