She was born March 5, 1914, in Hamburg, Mich. She was one of eight children. She loved her family and friends so much. She was the patriarch of her family. Her daughters are Marlene Keep, Barbara McCormick, Cheryl Nielsen, and preceded in death by son, William E. Lawson killed in Vietnam. She is also survived by her sons-in-law, James McCormick and Steven Nielsen. She had 11 wonderful grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She played a large part in all their lives. She loved to cook, watch sports, and travel back to Michigan and Canada. God is waiting to taste her famous Peanut Butter Fudge! She will be sadly missed by everyone that she has reached out and touched. A garden party will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25.
