Douglas Phinney, 54, died Sunday, July 31, 2004.

He was born June 20, 1950, in Deadwood, S.D.

He is survived by his mother, Lois Phinney; brothers, Darrell, Richard and Dean 
Phinney; sisters, Chris Lyons, all of Henderson, and Cindy Proctor of North 
Carolina.

Services were private.

Nevada Funeral Service handled the arrangements.
