He was 77. Pink's Produce serviced local hotels and restaurants for many years with produce, frozen foods and restaurant supplies. Pink was born in Minneapolis. He moved to Los Angeles and learned the produce trade from his father. Pink moved to Las Vegas in 1954, and started Pink's Produce four years later. Although he sold the business in 1976, the large neon apple and the Pink's Produce sign are still on the building. Pink was a member of the Elks Lodge 1468, Temple Beth Sholom and a Hadassah Associate. The businessman also donated to scholarship funds at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
