HELEN PIPI-CHOW Helen Pipi-Chow, 95, of Las Vegas, passed away May 25, 2007. 
She was born June 23, 1911, in China, and resided in Nevada for 29 years. Helen 
was retired from the Department of Army Civilian Team. She is survived by her 
son, Edward K. Pipi Jr. of Hawaii; sisters, Marian Phagans of Las Vegas, and 
Barbara Flores of Tacoma, Wash.; brothers, Walter, Thomas and Jerry Chow, all 
of Hawaii; grandchildren, Lenard Pipi of Hawaii, Kenneth Pipi, and Danette 
McKeague, both of Las Vegas; and one great-granddaughter, Shivon Mc-Keague of 
Oceanside, Calif. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 29, at 
Desert Memorial, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
