TSGT. DALE PROVEAUX U.S. Air Force, Retired Dale O. Proveaux, 79, of North Las 
Vegas, passed away Feb. 14, 2011. He was born Oct. 24, 1931, in Trenton, N.J., 
and was a 30-year resident of Nevada. Dale retired after 23 years of service 
with the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War. He was also a retired 
porter from the Las Vegas Club. Dale is survived by his loving wife, of 49 
years, Helen Proveaux; his daughter, Gwen Rees; his grandson, Ryan Rees, all 
of Las Vegas; his granddaughter, Jenny Mizzi of Reno; his brother, Richard; 
sister, Marilyn, both of Missouri; his sister, Barbara of Florida; his aunt, 
Betty of New Jersey; and many dear friends. Per Dale's wishes, no services 
will be scheduled. He will be laid to rest at Southern Nevada Veterans 
Memorial Cemetery.
