He was born Sept. 19, 1920, in Perry County, Ind., and was a resident of Las Vegas for 40 years. William was a retired administrator, after 20 years, for the the Nevada Test Site Medical Clinic. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War. William is survived by his sons, Jerry Quinlin of San Diego, Thomas Quinlin of Edmond, Okla. and Michael Quinlin of Las Vegas; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be at noon Thursday, July 22, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway. Interment immediately following services at Palm Valley View Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Arrangements were handled by Palm Mortuary-Downtown.
