W. ROUTH, of Los Angeles, died from heart trouble in front of the Overland Hotel, in this city, Monday. Mr. ROUTH, who had been in Vegas but a few days, coming from the cooler climate of Southern California, complained several times of the heat but said nothing about having trouble with his heart. Monday, just before noon, Mr. ROUTH was going to his room in the Overland Hotel when he fell to the ground unconscious. He was at once taken inside but died before he could be given medical aid. Little is known about this man. Relatives had the body shipped to Logansport, Ind., the family home.
