  SMITH, CHRISTINE

        Christine "Mickey" Smith, 72, passed away at her home at 125 
Lakeshore Terrace, Beaver Dam, Wis. Jan. 10, 2004. She was born in Chicago 
Nov. 17, 1931, the daughter of Fred and Grace (Zuidema) Noordhof. In 1944 
she and her family moved to Randolph. She attended Randolph High School and 
graduated in 1950. She married [omitted] May 12, 1954. For several years 
they lived in the Washington D.C. area, returning to Beaver Dam, Wis. in 
1968. The Smith's were involved in Smith Homes, South Hills Park and Gene 
Smith Realty. In 1987, she and her husband moved to Las Vegas. They lived 
there for 16 years, returning to Beaver Dam, Wis. again Sept. 1, 2003. 
Mickey is survived by [omitted]   She was preceded in 
death by two infant children; her parents, mother and father in-law; four 
brothers-in-law; and one sister-in-law. Mass of Christian burial will be 
held Thursday, Jan. 15, at 11 a.m., the Rev. Father William Key will 
officiate. Interment will be at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Beaver Dam, 
Wis. Friends may call at the time of mass at 11 a.m., at St. Patrick's 
Catholic Church. The family will greet relatives and friends at the meal 
immediately following the mass at St. Patrick's Catholic Parish Hall. 
Memorials may be directed towards the Hillside Hospice Programs. The 
Koepsell Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Wis. is serving the family.
