STRANO, Vincent Samuel, 84, of Las Vegas, died Thursday.  Retired hotel chef.  
Survivors (omitted).  Rosary 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Palm Chapel.  Mass 10 a.m.
 Monday at St. Bridget's with Father Robert D. Despars officiating.  Interment in 
Palm Memorial Park, Palm Mortuary.
