E. THOMAS Mr. A. E. THOMAS, one of the best known pioneers of the Goodsprings district, died at Hogan, Kansas, November 7th. He had been east to attend the national encampment of the G.A.R. at Washington, D.C. and on his way home stopped to visit his daughters in Kansas. While there he was thrown from a buggy and received injuries from which he died a few days later. Mr. THOMAS came to Goodsprings in 1887 and was beloved by a very large circle of friends. We sincerely regret his sad ending.
