Heart failure was the cause of death. The patient has been given every possible care and for some days oxygen was administered by without avail. Funeral services are set for Bunkerville this afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Kenneth Earl conducting the services for the L.D.S. church. Mr. Tobler was born in Santa Clara, Utah, and would have been 62 years of age had he lived until December 18. He served as justice of the peace for Bunkerville township for more than ten years and was an assemblyman from Clark county for one term. At the time of his death he was in the maintenance division of the state highway department. The deceased left surviving his widow, Leah L. Tobler, and three children, Norma, Rex and Lela; also four daughters and one son by his previous marriage, Mrs. Birdie Ree, of Toronto; Mrs. Allene Darthrop, Dillon, Mont.; Mrs. Mildred Hunt, Overton; Miss Lois Tobler and Donald Tobler, both of Bunkerville.
