HEART DISEASE CLAIMS PIOCHE MAN VICTIM



    J. E. TOMLIN, who arrived here recently from Pioche, seeking a lower

altitude on account of heart trouble, fell dead yesterday at the Cottage

hotel where he was staying.

    He was not confined to his bed by his illness.  While walking down the

hallway, he fell.  Dr. MARTIN immediately responded to the call for

assistance sent out, but Mr. TOMLIN was dead when he arrived.

    The deceased was 59 years of age.  He has two sons as well as a former

wife living in Pioche.  Word is being awaited as to the disposition of the

remains.
