She was born June 11, 1931, in Agia Kyriaki, Greece, and resided in Nevada for 40 years. She immigrated to America with her husband and five children in 1967, from Kastoria, Greece. She was employed at her beloved Caesar's Palace for 23 years in the Help's Hall and was a devoted member of St. John's Greek Orthodox Church. She worked tirelessly for many years volunteering for the Greek Food Festival making her famous Loukoumades. She enjoyed nothing more than having her family around her and always welcomed others with open arms into her home. The void that she leaves in our lives and hearts will run long and deep but we know that she is finally at peace. She will live on in each and every one of us until we are called to be with her. She was preceded in death and is now finally at peace with parents, Efstathios and Eleni Eliades; husband, Socratis Tzelalis; daughter, Anna Rouvas; and son, Konstantinos (Gus) Tzelalis. She is survived by her daughter, Antonia Tzelalis; son, Steve Tzelalis; daughter, Vaso Tzelalis; daughter-in-law, Lynn Tzelalis; son-in-law, Giorgios Rouvas; grandchildren, Yianni, Keri, Maria and Kalliopi Rouvas, Socratis and Dimitrios Tzelalis; great granddaughter, Anna Rouvas; soon to come great grandson, Giorgios Rouvas; brothers, Peter, Harry and Gregory Eliades; sister, Sasa Giouzelis; and sisters-in-law, Janet, Agapi and Maria Eliades. Viewing and Trisagion at 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 22. Funeral at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 23, both at St John's Greek Orthodox Church, 5200 S. El Camino Road. Graveside to follow at Davis Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern (Eastern & Patrick). In lieu of flowers make donations to St John's Greek Orthodox Church or the Kidney Foundation in her memory.
