Geo. A. GOODWIN, conductor on train two was notified and he in turn notified the authorities. The remains were brought to this city and an inquest held. The jury, consisting of A. J. MAUGG, foreman, W. I. ROBERTS, Joe KEATE, J. P. DUNLAP, W. N. SCHUYLER and L. P. BARKER brought in a verdict that the deceased, a Mexican or Indian, whose name is unknown, was killed by a train between 9:30 a.m. August 21 and 10 a.m. August 22d.
