from Elko, the county seat, and nearest banking point. Telephone
connection with Elko and surrounding towns. Wells, Fargo & Co Exp. 
Western Union Tel Co. Semi-weekly stage to Beaver, fare $3.00, and
to Charleston, fare $5.00.
