A military reservation, located 13 miles from the S P Ry, near the central portion of Elko County, 30 miles east of Elko, the county seat and banking town, and 13 miles from Halleck, the shipping station. This is a fine farming district, alfalfa and other grasses being raised in abundance. Has telephone communication with surrounding towns. Stage to Halleck tri-weekly.
