Is located on the south fork of the Humboldt River in the southern part of
Elko County, 25 miles south of Elko, the county seat, banking point and 
shipping station. Has a good roller mill, telephone with nearby towns and
stage connection 3 times a week with Elko, fare $1.50, with Skelton, fare
$1.00, and with Sherman, fare $1.50.
