Death Calls Business Man of Elko
Louis Engler, a merchant of Elko, died at San Francisco yesterday and the body
was taken through on No. 6 this morning for interment in his home town.  It was
accompanied by Jacob Seymour, who is also a business man of Elko and who was
with him when he died.
Death was due to cancer of the stomach, from which he had been sufferer for a
long time, and from which he sought relief by going to San Francisco and
consulting specialists.
The deceased was a cousin of Jacob Eggers, state controller.  The funeral will
be held tomorrow at Elko.
