Death of Judge Flack
Judge J. H. Flack, of the Sixth Judicial District, died in Elko on Wednesday. 
Deceased was of the middle age, a Southerner by birth, and was filling his third
term as Judge of the Sixth Judicial District.  Judge Flack was an old pioneer of
Washoe county and a leading citizen of Washoe City in its palmy days.  He was an
able and incorruptible Judge.
