Reno Evening Gazette December 27, 1882
Max Solomon of Luning, Esmeralda county, came up yesterday to meet his intended
bride, Miss Jennie Myers of Rochester, N. Y., to whom he had been engaged five
years.  She came from the States with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Daniziger
of New York City.  Mr. Solomon met her at Wadsworth and, returning they were
married at the Depot Hotel by Judge Young, in the presence of a large number of
friends, among whom were Governor Kinkead and Governor-elect Adams, besides
several prominent citizens.  Afterwards there was a flow of champagne, and all
enjoyed themselves to their fullest.  Mr. and Mrs. Solomon went to Carson
to-day, and after a brief visit will go to Hawthorne, where he is engaged in
mining.
