Died of his Injuries

Anthony Copeland, who was buried by a cave in the Jackson mine at Eureka for 52
hours, died Monday evening of his injuries.  He was a native of Ireland, aged 53
years.  His body was badly bruised and his right leg paralyzed by the earth and
timbers which had fallen on him.
