The deceased was the wife of Conductor Baker of the Western Pacific company, who resides in Winnemucca. Mrs. Baker was brought to Reno a week ago and a valiant effort was made to save her life. She was a native of Winnemucca. Three brothers survive: F.E. Leonard, a merchant of Winnemucca; H. M. Leonard, assessor of Humboldt county, and M.A. Leonard of Unionville. Mrs. Baker was a member of the Eastern Star. The funeral will be held at Winnemucca tomorrow under the auspices of that order.
