Reno Evening Gazette April 11, 1888
Dr. Wolcott Steele died at the Humboldt county hospital at Winnemucca April 5. 
He was a native of Ohio and about 50 years of age.  He was an old resident of
Nevada and the first post surgeon at Fort Churchill.
