The Silver State contains the intelligence of the death at Winnemucca yesterday of Hon. J.O. Twiss, who in 1872 represented Humboldt county in the Assumbly, and in 1876 was elected a member of the same body from Lander county.  He will also be remembered as a recent proprietor of the Riverside Hotel.  Deceased leaves a wife and two children.
