Reno Evening Gazette November 2, 1876
William Argall was stabbed by his son John, at Austin, on Saturday night last,
from the effects of which he died Monday.  The old man was slightly intoxicated
at the time and had assaulted first his wife, when the boy interfering, he
assaulted him, and in the struggle resulting he was cut.  Public opinion seems
to favor the boy.
