Weekly Nevada State Journal February 25, 1882
W. L. McKee, better known as “Fat Mac,” Sheriff of Lincoln county, died at
Pioche Thursday, the 23d inst.  He was born in Mississippi and came to the
Pacific Coast in 1849.
