                          Atwood

Population 200, is a camp in Nye County, 65 miles from Tonopah, the 
county seat, and 39 miles northeast of Mina, the nearest shipping 
point. Austin is the nearest banking place. It has a hotel and
newspaper. Stage twice a week from Mina, fare $7.50.
