Beloved husband, son, father, grandfather and brother, Harold Leroy Carr, 65 
entered into rest in Bremerton, Wash., the city of birth.
Harold was a proud military veteran, serving for over 25 years, including 
during Vietnam, retiring as a Sr. Master Sgt., also being a 1st Sgt. in the 
USAF in 1985.
He owned and operated in Amargosa Valley, where he resided as an approved AAA 
contractor for 25 years.
A big-hearted man with a love of family, friends and hot rods, Harold was 
amazingly generous, often befriending strangers and offering them work and 
shelter. He cared deeply about people and will be remembered for his 
compassion and love.
Treasuring his memory are his wife, Jacqueline (Martin) Carr of Amargosa 
Valley; mother Lena Francis Cullen of Bremeerton; children Rhonda Hanssen and 
husband Alan of Salem, Ore., Tina Moden and husband Scott of Henderson, 
Heather Peters and husand Jered of Las Vegas and Michael Barstow of Amargosa 
Valley; grandchildren, Andrew, Karissa, Jessica, Kacie, Kara Lynn, Nathaniel 
and Kaitlyn; brothers Gene Carr of Arlington, Wash., and Bob Cullen and wife 
Sandy of Port Orchard; and Sister, Kathy Slater and husband Doug of Bremerton.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dec. 30, at Palm Mortuary, 
800 S. Boulder Highway in Henderson, followed by a graveside service at 1:20 
p.m. in Boulder City Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
