Pahrump Valley Times     Jan. 5, 2011
Terry Wayne Johnston, 71, passed away Jan. 1, 2011 in Las Vegas. 
He was born Nov. 22, 1939, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and was a resident of 
Pahrump for 10 years, having come from Anaheim, Calif.
He was a veteran of the Navy having served for four years.
He loved bowling, woodworking and was a ham radio enthusiast.
He was a member of the Elks Lodge and loved traveling in his RV.
He had a muffler shop of Garden Grove, Calif.; and auto supply shop in 
Anaheim, his own cabinet shop and was a construction superintendent for 15 
years.
Surviving are his wife Janice Johnston of Pahrump; step-daughter Diane Goodall 
of Oregon; step-sons Douglas and David Keith, both of California;; adopted son 
Chad Johnston and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wilmer and Eleanor Johnston.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 8, at Pahrump Family MOrtuary.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bone-Marrow Cancer of 
American Lung Associaiton. (01/01/2011)
