Reno Evening Gazette February 16, 1888
Joseph Cowen, an ex-member of the Legislature from Ormsby county, died in San
Francisco yesterday.  Deceased was a member of the undertaking firm of Cowen,
Porter & Co., San Francisco, and a brother of Mrs. Abe Curry, of Carson
