Goodin, 82, died Feb.16, 2001 at St. Mary's Regional Center in Reno, Nev. Goodin was born in Lovelock on Jan. 19, 1919 to William H. and Blanche N. (Young) Goodin. He was a graduate of Reno High School, and a graduate of Reno High School, and a graduate of the pharmacy school at Capital College in Denver, Colo. He was a practicing pharmacist for many years in Nevada. During World War 11, Goodin was in the army and took part in the landing in France on D-Day - Plus 2. He remained in France and Germany until the end of the war. Goodin is survived by two sons, Steve of San Francisco, Calif., and Scott of Reno. He is also survived by a brother, Jim Goodin, of Lovelock. No services were scheduled. The funeral was under the direction of Ross, Burke and Knobel Mortuary, Reno.
