Victim of Giant Powder Fumes

Michael Daley, a miner, until recently employed in the Con. Cal & Va, died
Saturday morning in St. Mary’s Hospital, Virginia City.  For more than a year he
had been afflicted with miners’ consumption, produced by inhaling the fumes of
giant powder.  Deceased was a native of Ireland about 38 years of age.
