He had been sick with fever for two or three weeks, but was rapidly convalescing and was able to be out. This morning he took a laxative, and this afternoon about 1 o’clock was seen to faint. A physician was summoned, but the sufferer died before he arrived. The theory of the physician is that a clot of blood, the result of fainting, formed in his heart and killed him.
