Daily Nevada State Journal May 28, 1884
The body of Mose Ariendeau, one of the victims of the snowslide last Winter in
Ophir Canyon, near Franktown, was found on Saturday.  The body was lying within
two or three feet of the spot where the corpse of his companion was found last
Winter.  It was much decomposed.  The funeral took place last Sunday at Franktown.
