Funeral of Henry Bennett
Henry Bennett, foreman for John Sparks at his upper ranch, died on Monday in
Oakland and his remains were brought here for interment.  The funeral took place
Thursday under the auspices of the Odd Fellows and the Forresters and was
largely attended.  He has worked for Mr. Sparks for sixteen years and during all
that time has been faithful to his trust.  Mr. Sparks feels the loss very keenly
and speaks of the deceased in the very highest terms.  He left a wife and two
children.
