Pioneer To Be Laid To Rest Tomorrow

Funeral services will be held at 12 o'clock tomorrow at the Groesbeck & O'Brien
funeral parlors for James E. Burke, a Reno pioneer, who died yesterday at his
ranch near Steamboat.  He was 39 years old and was born in Reno.  Mr. Burke died
after a brief illness, following a long period of trouble with asthma and heart
disease.  Mr. Burke was a member of the Odd Fellows' lodge and leaves a widow,
Mrs. Ruby Burke, and three daughters, Inthe, Audrey, and Nanomia; a son, Leslie;
mother, Mrs. James Burke, and brother, William Burke
