Reno Evening Gazette July 25, 1885
A Severe Loss

Death has robbed the household of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Emmitt of their little
13-months-old son, John Francis Emmitt.  Little Frank died at 4 o’clock this
morning after several weeks of suffering.  The funeral will take place tomorrow
(Sunday) at 2 o’clock from their residence near the Catholic church.
